Grenville Lock
Managing Partner
Grenville Lock is an investor, business mentor, and serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience across SaaS, systems integration, management consulting, creative finance, hospitality, and real estate investment. His career includes co-founding and leading EARA Technologies Inc., advising organisations on business and technology transformation, and owning and operating a restaurant.
He co-founded AggREIgator to bring institutional-grade efficiency, structure, and transparency to the off-market real estate space. By combining deep systems thinking with expertise in Subject-To and Seller Finance transactions, Grenville helps ensure that opportunities presented to the AggREIgator network are carefully structured, commercially viable, compliant, and positioned to create strong outcomes for sellers, investors, and partners.
A disposition partner, not a broker
We market a wholesaler’s contractual interest in a property under an assignable purchase agreement — not the property, and not on behalf of its owner. Whether a given activity requires a licence is decided by the law of the state the property is in, so we operate only where we have determined we may: Texas, Alabama, Florida, today.
