Check owner, equity and liens

Know who owns the property and what's owed on it before you make promises. Fetch owner and liens from the calculator so surprises come up now, not at closing.

How to do it

  1. Load the property in the Calculator.
  2. Find the Owner, equity & liens section. It's an add-on.
  3. Click Fetch owner & liens. The button shows its credit cost before you click.
  4. Read the results and note anything owed.

  • You're not sure what a lien means for your deal: talk to your title company or attorney. We can't give legal advice.
