How to do it
- Load the property in the Calculator, or open Saved properties.
- Click Offer to Purchase. On the calculator it sits next to Send LOI. In Saved properties it's on each row.
- Fill in the blanks, such as price, earnest money and closing date.
- Review it, then send it for signature.
