Issue a JV Agreement to a sourcing partner

A sourcing partner brings you a deal through your invite link. You then issue a JV Agreement for both of you to sign.

Why it matters

The agreement records how you and your partner work on that deal.

Steps

1. Open Deal Sources, then Submission Partners. Under "Invite a wholesaler", type the wholesaler's email and choose Generate link, or choose Copy link on an existing partner. Send the link to your partner. They sign up and submit a deal. Submitting costs no credits.
2. Open the deal and find the JV panel.
3. Check the partner boxes: name, address and company. They fill from your partner's saved profile, and you can edit them before you issue.
4. Issue the agreement. It costs 12 credits.
5. You and your partner both sign.
6. When the panel says Signed, choose Download the signed JV.

Good to know

• On your own deal the panel says Your own deal needs no JV, and there is no Issue button.
• The disclaimer in the agreement prints your company's own name.
• Accepting a deal from a partner costs no credits.
