Order a Q-ARV

Get a value you can trust before you offer. A Q-ARV tells you what the property should be worth once it's fixed up. Load an address in the calculator, pick the condition, and you'll see the cost before you order.

How to do it

  1. Click Calculator and load the property address.
  2. Scroll to Q-ARV — as-repaired value. It appears once an address is loaded.
  3. Pick a Target condition: C1 or C2.
  4. Pick the As-is condition (C1 to C6), or click Add photos instead.
  5. Check the cost shown, then order.

If something's stopping you

  • You can't see the Q-ARV section: load an address first.
  • You don't see a price yet: pick a target condition and the cost appears.
