Save an evaluation

Don't lose your work. Save a property and come back to your numbers any time. From Saved properties you can reopen it, send an offer or LOI, or start a deal, without typing it all in again.

How to do it

  1. Run the numbers on a property in the Calculator.
  2. Click Save to Saved properties.
  3. Find it later on the Saved properties page.
  4. On each row you can choose Open in calculator, Offer to Purchase, Send LOI, Start a deal (contract signed elsewhere) or Remove.

If something's stopping you

  • The scratchpad doesn't keep anything. Use Save to Saved properties instead.
