Saving properties

The Deal calculator is a scratchpad: change a number and the old one is gone. Saving happens after you spend on data, so the rent, reports and inputs you worked for stay with the property. If there's any chance you'll make an offer, save it.

Why it matters

  • Keep the data you paid for. Q-ARV results, rent and rental comps, schools, owner and lien reports, and the rest of the property data stay attached to the property instead of disappearing when you leave the page.
  • Pick up where you left off. Reopen a deal days later with every input restored.
  • Ready when you need it. Some actions, like Send partnership LOI, work against a saved evaluation.

Steps

  1. In the Deal calculator, go to Pull the real numbers and click Get rent.
  2. Once results appear, click Save to Saved properties.
  3. To come back to a deal, go to Saved properties at aggreigator.com/calculator/saved.
  4. Find the property and click Open in calculator. Your inputs and the property's data, including Q-ARV, rent and schools, are restored.

Good to know

  • Rule of thumb: if there's any chance you'll make an offer, save it.
  • Save to Saved properties only appears after you Get rent.
  • Until you save, nothing in the calculator, MAO form or Strategy calculator is kept.
