Lock in your terms and get your deal ready to market.
Why it matters
- Your Joint Venture Agreement is for this property only, and written for its state.
- It's signed before any marketing begins, so everyone agrees on the terms first.
- The standard split is 50/50 of the net assignment fee, paid at close.
How to do it
- Once your deal is accepted, choose your terms. If you want a split other than 50/50, you can also enter it in Custom JV Split on your deal before you submit.
- Read the Joint Venture Agreement for the property and sign it.
- When it's signed, your Your first deal card shows "all done".
If something's stopping you
- There's no agreement to sign yet: the agreement only comes after your deal is accepted. Check your deal's status on the dashboard.
- You're not sure about the split: the final terms are the ones in the agreement you sign. If you have legal questions, talk to your own advisor.
