Why it matters
- Submitting is free and commits you to nothing.
- A complete deal can be reviewed straight away, with no back-and-forth.
- You'll get a yes or a no, and if it's a no, the reason why.
How to do it
- On Review Your Deal, read the banner at the top. It lists the required fields still missing.
- Fill in each one: Does your contract permit assignment?, Property Address (pick it from the dropdown), Property Type, Square Footage, Property Condition, Occupancy Status, Asking Price, Estimated ARV, Assignment JV Fee, Seller Timeline to Close and Liens or Title Issues.
- Add at least one photo under Property Photos. You can use JPG, PNG or HEIC, and iPhone photos are converted for you. You can add up to 50.
- Click Attach contract · free and upload your signed assignment contract. A PDF, Word file or photo of the signed page works, up to 25 MB.
- Add any optional details you have, such as beds, baths, rehab estimate, roof, HOA, taxes, insurance, seller motivation or notes.
- Tick the acknowledgement box, then click Submit Deal →.

If something's stopping you
- Submit Deal → is greyed out: check the banner for missing required fields, and make sure the address was picked from the dropdown.
- It says you need a Q-ARV: run it for this address in the deal calculator first.
- Your photos or contract won't upload: photos must be JPG, PNG or HEIC. The contract must be a PDF, Word file or photo, under 25 MB.
