Why it matters
- We review every deal before accepting it, so you know where you stand.
- If something needs fixing, you're told exactly what.
- Nothing happens with your deal until it's reviewed and accepted.
How to do it
- After you submit, watch your deal's status on your dashboard.
- You'll see one of these: Submitted, In review, Revision requested, Reprocessed or Rejected.
- If you see Revision requested, open the deal. The submit step reopens with the underwriter's reason.
- Make the change they asked for, then click Submit Deal → again.
If something's stopping you
- Revision requested: read the underwriter's reason on the deal, fix that item and resubmit.
- Rejected: a rejection is final for that deal, but you can start fresh with a new one from Submit a New Deal →.
- Still waiting: your deal's status on the dashboard shows where it's at.
