How to do it
- Click Calculator in the top menu. The page is called Deal calculator.
- Enter the property address and pick it from the list.
- In Pull the real numbers, click Get rent. The button shows its credit cost before you click.
- Choose Fix & Flip or Rental, then fill in repairs, your target profit and your fee.
- Read your Maximum offer and the breakdown under it.
If something's stopping you
- No offer shows: a box may be empty, or the numbers leave no room for profit. Check repairs, profit and fee.
- A blank box is not the same as zero. Type 0 if you mean zero.
